It is eight km away from the island’s capital of Argostoli and one from the airport. The quaint & picturesque village of Svoronata is just one kilometer away.
The Residence
The residence sits in an elevated position, dominating the splendid views. It is quite and private. Although it is built in the common garden of the hosts’ permanent residence at the ground floor, it stands at the whole 1st floor itself, which is autonomous and shields guests from the house beneath it and there are no immediate neighbors overlooking the property.The private terrace of 45 sqm, located just in front of the apartment and the garden underneath, create a wonderful setting for breakfast, coffee or meals and hours can be spent relaxing in the sun during the day or watching the stars at the peaceful nights.
What we offer
The residence is newly built in 2019, well designed, with traditional interior furnishings and fittings, to meet the visitor’s requirements for top-level vacations. Patio doors allow plenty of light to flood in to the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The comfortable double bedroom, with a king size bed, also has patio doors out to the furnished terrace at the front of the property. A separate, full bathroom is conveniently located two steps across the bedroom door. A few steps away barbeque, built in the common lovely garden with grass, olive, orange trees and others, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, outdoor table & chairs, mean that a delicious meal “al fresco” can be enjoyed whilst admiring those panoramic views. It is equipped with satellite TV, reliable wifi, air condition and fans. It can accommodate up to 4 people using the sofa in the living room.
The surrounding area

The neighborhood has a couple of local tavernas, bars and mini markets, in a distance of 400-2000 meters. It also has in the vicinity, the famous beaches of Ammes, Avithos, Ai Helis, Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos. They are located two to five kilometers away from this lovely residence. In the distance of 5 km there is the tourist resort of Lassi with plenty of bars and tourist shops.
